You will not find many web agencies that publish prices. Of course the final price depends on the nature of the website but we think you have a right to know how the price is calculated.
We use two simple methods to keep prices low: Firstly, our overheads are low. Secondly, our way of working is inherently more efficient and cost effective because everyone involved in the project does what they're best at. The website designer designs, the website developer (that's us) develops, and you type your own words into your own website. You don't pay a graphic designer to change text or struggle with technical issues like browser compatibility.
Notice also that there is no additional cost per page. You can create as many pages as you need for the same price.

A two hour training session is sufficient to teach you how to create and change web pages with the CMS. Training can take place at your premises or the inCharge.co.uk office.
You can change your website's contents, but occasionally your website may require structural, functional or technical changes, like adding new features.
Consultancy, analysis, website changes and link building are all charged at the same hourly rate.
Project meetings, system design, development and testing are all charged at the same hourly rate. Discounts may be negotiated for larger projects and for applications that may be useful to our other clients.
This includes registering a domain name and pointing it to your website. Domain name registration is a highly competitive and automated business. You will find lower prices elsewhere if you are prepared to learn how to register a domain name and redirect it. So this fee is both a registration and management fee.
This is the disk space occupied by your web pages, database and email. The first hundred megabytes of disk space is included in the subscription fee. It has never been necessary to charge for additional space because 100mb is plenty. If the free limit is exceeded then we send you a warning so that you have an opportunity to free some space before any charges are billed.
'Bandwidth' means the total size of web and email traffic between your domain and the Internet. The first gigabyte of bandwidth is included in the subscription fee. It has never been necessary to charge for additional bandwidth because 1GB is ample. If the free limit is exceeded then we give you one month's notice before charging the excess fee.
For all services that are billed at an hourly rate, we can quote you a fixed price based on our estimate of the time required.
All prices exclude VAT, which will be added at the standard rate of 17.5%.
